Easy Eats – Crockpot Beef Stew
Ingredients
1 lb. beef roast
2 carrots, sliced
3 potatoes, cubed
1 cup onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic
4 cups beef broth
2 cups hot water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. parsley
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a crockpot and cook on Low for 8 hours.
